By accessing or using the Academy Blast platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Academy Blast is a product of Kwan Striking Systems LLC.

2. Affiliate & Marketing Services

If you opt into paid services, including marketing, consulting, or advertising packages, you agree to the terms of the specific service agreement provided. Affiliate commissions are based on valid referrals and are subject to verification.

3. Data Rights

You retain ownership of the customer data you input or collect using our platform. You grant Academy Blast, a product of Kwan Striking Systems LLC, a limited, non-exclusive right to process this data to operate and improve our Services.

Academy Blast may use de-identified and aggregated data derived from the use of our platform for business development, benchmarking, analytics, and marketing purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to reverse-engineer the software, using it for unlawful purposes, or sending spam or abusive content through our communication tools.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwan Striking Systems LLC (including its product, Academy Blast) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
